Ceramic Coatings provide the highest level of gloss along with the longest lasting protection currently available today. Ceramic Coatings keep that “New Paint Job” look for years. A Ceramic Coating also means you will never have to wax your vehicle again! With the self-cleaning properties, not only will your vehicle stay cleaner much longer, it makes the maintenance and cleaning of your vehicle much easier due to Ceramic’s hydrophobic properties. Cleaning your vehicle after Ceramic Coating is installed is as simple as rinsing with hose pressure water. Another huge plus is the hardness of the coating that minimizes the risk of scratching or marring your vehicle’s paint.
A ceramic coating gives extended protection, far better than wax. It protects your vehicle from the Sun’s Harmful UV Rays that eat away at the clear coat, Bug Damage, & Scratches. Protect your investment now, rather than wait, and be stuck with a huge bill from the body shop.
Then, we follow up with a detailed hand wash. Next, all painted services will be clayed to remove all impurities from the paint, prepping the paint to be compounded and polished.
After the clay bar, we compound, buff, and polish the clear coat with a fine cutting compound and a Dual Action buffer. We want the paint to look perfect before we seal it in with an extended protection coating.
Once the vehicle’s paint is clean and smooth, we remove any scratches and swirl marks that are visible. In some cases, scratches that are too deep can’t be removed unless the vehicle gets repainted or wet sanded. However, when we are done, they will be far less visible.
That being said, we strive to get the vehicle’s paint back to as new as possible. Upon completion of the cutting compound, we follow it up with a finishing polish to give the vehicle’s paint that final pop and shine. An alcohol wash is the last step before coating, to ensure all compounds and waxes are completely clear from the pores of the clear coat. This essentially guarantees a strong bond.
Now it’s time to apply the Ceramic Coating. This process is very tedious, which we make sure and take our time to ensure we cover all areas evenly without high spots. The coatings we use last anywhere from 3-5 years depending on the package you select. The 5 year package has extra coats of ceramic, ensuring a much longer lasting finish.
As an added bonus, a full interior detail is included with all of our Car & Truck Ceramic Coating Packages. With proper care and maintenance, a professional level coating will last 2-5 years.
